Products sold by Tilly's Lights are subject to a 12month warranty with an exception to the following products

Hunter Pacific Ceiling fans are subject to a 2 Year In-Home warranty, Call 1300 360 280 or speak to our staff for further details.
Mercator Ceiling fans are subject to a 2 Year warrant, Call 1300 55 22 55 or speak to our staff for further details.
Ixl Bathroom Heater Units are subject to a manufactures warranty of 5 Years for mechanical parts & 2 Year warranty on the Heater Globes
Selected Vent Air Bathroom Heater units are subject to a 3 Year warranty
Selected Brilliant Bathroom Heater units are subject to a 3 year warranty
Atco Possum Electronic Transformers (supplied with most of our downlight kits) are backed by a 5 year warranty
