Terms & Conditions of Tilly's Lights:
We do not give refunds if you make a wrong selection or change your mind.
Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.
Special Orders are non returnable, and can not be exchanged or refunded.
Please retain proof of purchase (Receipt) for exchanges, if a receipt is not supplied and Tilly's management agree's to exchange goods, the goods will be exchanged at a value of less %15 from current list price.
Lay-By (Sales Order) Terms and Conditions:
Standard shop orders: (Standard shop orders include items we normally stock and the quantity of that order must not exceed the normal stock holding of Tilly's Lights. Orders larger than normal stock holdings will be considered a special order and be subject to those terms.)
Standard shop lay-by's (Sales Orders) require a %20 deposit.
Lay-by's and Sales orders are carried over a term of 3 months.
Special considerations can be made if building a house and the building process exceeds 3 months. This will include Tilly's lights holding the stock until required, however payments must be regularly made.
If a standard shop order is cancelled the deposit made is subject to a %15 re-stocking fee and can then only be supplied as an in-store Credit note.
Deposits will be refunded if Tilly's Lights is unable to supply the order because the items is, Out of Stock or the Due date of orders are beyond customers requirements
Special Orders: (Special orders include any orders that involve stock that, a- is not normally stocked by Tilly's Lights, b- involve quantities above normal stock levels of Tilly's Lights, c- any items custom made or cut to length (ie Rope light or flexilight that is made to order, Light fittings that have been re-wired to a new longer length etc).
Special orders require a %50 Deposit.
Special orders are carried over the time required to source and deliver the product, cannot lay-by over 3 months.
If a special order is cancelled the %50 deposit is forfeited and can not be converted to in-store credit notes or be exchanged to other goods.
